During or last meeting Nimol and I discussed communication in general. We talk about the communication process, directions of communication, barriers and how to overcome those barriers. We did not discuss "our" school in particular yet, we talked about communication in general.
We are now going to apply this knowledge to analyze "our" school, see what is going wrong there, why it is going wrong and what changes to make to make the communication more effective.
We have found a few positions which deal with similar problems. Their will, hopefully, help us to see in more details what affect communication in international organizations/schools and how they deal with their barriers.

After that long waiting , i decided to preparing the presentation alone.I didn't send any reflection for these weeks in some reason.Then i had tried to find some idea about ( Motivation) as my idea motivation for any organization even for educational organization is one of important objective for administrator and followers( teachers) that will reflected to their performance which is effect to students such as enhancing students learning,and satisfaction, So we can realize that leaders by using transformation style by motivating teachers can solve several tasks.As we know teachers are having significant effect on schools goal. For achieving the goal need to considering some way which known motivation,ex. valuing teachers , giving chance to develop, caring of their needs ,...
