Week thirteen reflections and ideas

In this week the first group present their project, that was about school's officers and teachers communications.Especially about English Progiame(EP) school and the difficulties of communication.From Administrator to teachers, and teachers toward administrator some kinds of (Horisontal / vertical/up ward / and downward)to transfering the massage and getting respond.the problems are miss understanding ,or cultural problems will make communications difficult among them.Dr. Andy had explained about the quality of presentation, plus directions that how to present? It was a very qualified illustration that that i had ever heard.
Thanks ,Dr. Andy for your further knowledge that you sharing in the class.

Applications:
1)The interesting point that language miss understanding communication conflicts.As an administrator to communicating with especially foreign teachers , need to study about the international culture, event respecting is the most important agenda.
2)Make clear the problem befor to respond,...
3) As a teacher all student should equal treated. unfortunately as i have experience as a student theachers aren't following the students expectation and equity theory.More important point , not evaluating honnesty.They are evaluating as a business, if those students are having sholarship ,even worthy or not will get higher scoure, some students in case of theachers interest will get higher scoure. Who are in the middle allway judge ( evaluating) but that is unfair.These students suffering for ...

Application from our classmate's presentation:
As a student: Today's persentation was very helpful in terms of increasing our knowledge and real life example of a school where communication is a problem. The organizational structure and control lines are supposed to be clear from the start, meaning, there should be one clearning house for the problems and it should be stated in 5 W's and 1 H, how communication can be done between hierarchical ranks and within the same level. Anyhow, speaking is one thing, doing is another. So, as the organization expereinces such problem, they should not just let go and make such thing a deviant. The new managment realm shoul stress on bringing such thing upfront and deal with it in terms of conflict management, in order to minimize future mistakes from communication breakdown.
2. As in my professional settings: I totally agree and conprehend that the raised issues on communication problem is a general day to day problem every where. The level of concerns vary and so does the severity of it result on the working environment. In some places, it can be a long term hassle that causes turnover or job dissatisfaction, which is a chronic under the carpet danger. The way out of such labyrinth is the "Open Communication" Again, these general terms can sometimes be interpreted overboard, which make it become so useless. But a shared discussion on key information of standard operating procedures, using professional terms and a shared goal everyday can be another solution to such problem.
