The begining of school
It is first week of school day.I'm teaching English at primary school and also Art at my art school.I'm trying to trasfer my knowledge to students according my lesson plan, second, trying to have fun while i'm teaching so they do not feel tired, also will learn easily. third triying to find out to innovate or creat different way,if there is special case.
Three Aplications:
1- relationship, students feel friendly
2- instruction and assesment practice , to make sure they learned
3- teaching technique,with fun make them comfortable

Thoughful will helping you to reform your teaching plan , what ever you thought or going to teach.
by asking questions or doing the research about the content of the topic, Is it realy related to what ever you want to teach? How do I develop my knowledge? Do I provide sufficent opprtunity for my students to work independently?Do I instructing enough and provide veriety of resources and experiences to meet all students need? Do I encourage students to listen and respond to the remark of their peers during lsrge or small groups discoussions?...
Reflections:
1- self - confidence on teaching
2- Classroom environment,ecourage students to take risks during discusstion.
3- Students reflection to the teacher is as one who appreciate and enjoys on their subject learning
