Time flies. It is almost over. The term is coming to an end :( I will surely miss the classes.
Anyways, this are the topics that will be covered on the exam: 1. Making the most of available school resources, Miles and Frank Reading, pages 91-134 2. Three themes critical to planning and development: Instruction strategies, classroom management, and curriculum design, Marzano Reading, pages 78-120 3. Kids, schools and the bigger picture, Littky Reading, pages 19-42 4. Atmosphere and school culture, Littky Reading, pages 43-70 5. Developing teachers: Affective aspects of the teaching profession, Stephenson Reading, pages 15-48
Good Luck everyone on the exam. We have a bit of time to read again and review the stuff! I believe we will all do very well!
See you next week, the last week before the exams!
Hello there! Just to be sure all of you understand, since we have reviewed what will be included (and also what will not) in such detail, there will be no choice on the exam. You will need to use the areas we have covered under the topics discussed to answer two questions in the format of a case study or scenarios. These two cases will form the first two questions, or the first part, of the exam. Further, there will be a second part, where a plan will need to be developed for a school development program. This will likely lean very heavily on the Miles and Frank material in order to create an effective plan, though material for other topics may also be used. Good luck, please bring lots of questions for discussion and review next week! Dr. Andy

The presentation in the class went fine. Anyhow, there were points we were recommended to practice more and be aware of which were very valueable, for example, the organization of the information. The way we put our slides, some tips on the words we used. Thank you Marcin for posting the points of the test.
